Meteorology Museum(Old Tainan Weather Station)

The Old Tainan Weather Station was built in 1898, which was the predecessor of Taiwan Meteorological Station. The entire building has a special cylindrical structure which is connected by three concentric circles.  The inner circle extends to the top and becomes a cylindrical tower where all kinds of instruments are installed.  There is a hallway surrounding the inner circle and offices are located in the outer circle.  All parts have a circular roof divided into 18 equal parts, excluding the center tower.
